In response to increased demand from regional and national distributors, Reno’s Great Basin Brewing Company expanded its brewing operations with an additional 7,625 sq ft at its Rock Boulevard facility in the Brookside Corporate Center at the beginning of March. Brad Lancaster of Miller Industrial Properties represented the landlord and collaborated with Dan Burhmann of CBRE to streamline eight months of planning and preparation necessary to properly structure the transaction. Brad also successfully negotiated the full relocation of another tenant at the Brookside Corporate Center property to make room for Great Basin’s expansion, which required extensive improvements completed by Naisbitt Construction.
