There are a number of factors that differentiate one big building from the next, and knowing the differences can help you save a lot of money. When the goal is locating a warehouse that meets your needs and nothing more, and securing it at a competitive lease rate with favorable terms for you as the tenant, being very clear of warehouse categories and classifications is the first step. A golden rule in real estate is location, location, location, and this is no different for the industrial and commercial side.
